When you send a quote request or contact form, we receive the name, phone number, email address and message you enter. We use it to respond to your request, schedule service and, if you become a customer, to keep records of the work we do for you. We do not sell this information.
You can limit Google's tracking with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on or your browser's cookie settings.
We use your information to provide and improve our services, respond to you and comply with the law. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business (for example our email provider, customer database, form handling and payment processor) and only for those purposes, or when required by law. We do not sell or rent personal information.
If you give us your mobile number we may text you about your repair (status updates, pickup notices) and, occasionally, to ask for feedback. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Message and data rates may apply.
When you bring a device in for service we access only what the repair requires. We do not copy your personal files unless a data-transfer or recovery service you approved requires it, and we tell you first.
We keep customer and service records for as long as needed for warranty, accounting and legal purposes. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
You can ask us to correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@positivetechs.com. We will respond within 30 days.
This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
We may update this policy; the effective date at the top shows the latest version.
